The ESU Cultural Seminar focuses on exploring the connections and distinctions between the arts (visual arts, literature and music).

For many years, it was held in the unique environment of Oxford University but has now moved to the equally appropriate surroundings of the Shakespeare Globe in London.This one-week scholarship to the Globe Theatre in London includes lectures, meals and related social events. Applicants must either be professionals, preferably in the field of English or Drama or postgraduate students. Whenever possible, they are asked to cover their travel cost to the UK, but in special circumstances, ESU Lebanon can offer help with this expense.

Candidates must first apply and then be recommended by the ESU Lebanon and UK committees.

The seminar takes place during the summer and provides an international platform for cultural exchange between participants.
